This stunning new property has everything a family or a couple seeks when choosing a prestigious weekend or holiday getaway.
It has been specifically designed for short term letting and is always available for weekends or holidays, with flexible leasing options.
Guests can elect to book the whole property (comprising up to 4 bedrooms), or a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom configuration.
The upper level Master Suite (usually couple-only) is especially popular for a weekend away, with the entrance foyer & laundry downstairs, and upper lounge, kitchen and dining area and balcony available, and with other (downstairs) bedrooms closed.
If any of the downstairs bedrooms are also selected, a family-size bathroom (with 3rd WC) is included.
The large laundry, available for all bookings, has AEG appliances and a separate WC, and there is an outside hot water shower near the front door.
Holiday periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter and school holidays) will usually require a whole of property booking.
Grandparents will especially enjoy the quiet retreat room with its own TV. Alternatively, this can be a 4thbedroom (with double sofa bed), or a children’s TV room.
The expansive ocean and hinterland views from the living & dining area and balcony of this beautiful property will captivate your attention.
The kitchen, with a large stone bench (and USB device charge points), has a full range of appliances (e.g. Nespresso coffee machine, juice mixer & cafe press) and ample crockery and cutlery to suit all bookings.
The balcony has a Weber Q gas BBQ and utensils.
The double garage will be available for holiday periods or (if requested) for a whole house weekly booking. Three cars can be parked in the driveway, and there is ample street parking.
The property is all within a 5 minute walk to the patrolled beach and surf club.
