The Bunurong Marine & Coastal Park 17 kilometres of panoramic ocean views between Inverloch and Cape Paterson is often compared to a mini version of the Great Ocean Road. Striking rock formations, sandy coves, rugged sandstone cliffs and prominent headlands. Plenty of places to stop and admire the views across Bass Strait. Shack bay is a great spot for a picnic steps down to sheltered cove.

Haven for Water Sports
Inverloch is situated on Anderson Inlet which opens out to the waters of Bass Strait, water activities never cease, surfers, wind and kite surfers, water skiiers, scuba divers, fishermen, yachts from the South Gippsland Yacht Club whose multi coloured sails can be seen from many vantage points around the inlet.

Remember you need a fishing licence to fish in local waters.
Licences are available online or through Vic Fishing App.

Opportunities for all types of recreation including diving and beach activities.
Note: The sancturary and conservation zones extend 1km out to sea to preserve marine life.
Fishing is not permitted between The Oaks and Eagles Nest
Flat Rocks: Opposite RACV Resort rock hoppers delight at low tide.
Smugglers Cave: Water washed sandy floored caverns, accessible at low tide, flooded at high tide (be aware of tide movements).
Eagles Nest: Most recognised landmark in the area-resembles the top half of the map of Australia. Panoramic ocean views.
Shack Bay: Boardwalk to clean, sandy beach, great spot for family picnic.
