Screw Creek Walk: Commences at the end of the Foreshore Camping Park (Esplanade). The walk takes you through mangrove mud flats and stands of Banksia and Melaleuca. Approx 1.5kms allow 40-45 minutes return. Townsend Bluff: Town walk to nearby hill with wide inlet views. Scene of many searches for alleged pirate treasure. Point Smythe: Nature Conservation Reserve on the other side of the inlet reached by boat or drive around through Venus Bay's Number 5 beach 5kms from Venus Bay but well worth the effort. | |||
