Whale Watching

Almost every year between June and September female Southern Right Whales return from Antartic waters to Warrnambool’s Logan Beach to calve. The whales can regularly be observed from the viewing platform provided.

The Warrnambool Racing Club is country Victoria’s leading racing club, playing host to 20 days of racing throughout the year including the famous May Racing Carnival  the highlight of which is the Grand Annual Steeplechase.
