A spiral staircase will take you up onto a 3rd level viewing platform that looks out over Ventnor and the bay, sit back and relax in a lounge chair and take in the view.

The home is fully equipped with a large dining table for 10, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer.

The lounge area affords a TV, DVD, stereo, comfy couches and reverse cycle air conditioning.

A large rumpus downstairs includes a TV, DVD, Xbox and table soccer, there is a pedestal fan and blow heater for your comfort.

The track and Cowes are only a 5 minute drive away, you can walk to the beach or local shop in 5 minutes.

The home also includes a small carport and an outdoor shower.
