There is a split system (heating/cooling) in the lounge room and a hip bath in bathroom.

Being located to the lovely Red Rocks Beach makes it perfect for that family summer escape.

With a lovely north facing balcony to enjoy your evening drinks or BBQ.

With 1 Queen bed, 1 set of Bunks and 1 Double bunk, comfortably sleeps up to 7 people.

If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply.

It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property.  Please provide ages upon booking request.

You will be required to sign Terms & Conditions and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival.

All bookings are subject to owner confirmation.
