The Truffles Consist of a Vanilla Bean Biscuit filling and each one has its own texture carefully created and designed by Owner Chef Graeme Reynolds. The Truffles are best eaten between 8 to 16 weeks and best not refrigerated and kept between 18c and 22c for your greatest satisfaction.
