13 Short Street Merimbula NSW 2548 Merimbula's Panoramic Townhouses boast stunning views of Merimbula's lake and ocean. You can see from Merimbulaís famous wharf and bar to the North, and all the way to Pambula Beach and Haycock Point to the South.
These two bedroom upstairs/downstairs townhouses are fully self contained. Each unit has a full kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, full sized fridge, and microwave, a separate lounge (with foxtel) and dining area, a bathroom with two toilets (1 on each level) and a laundry with a washer and dryer.
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed (with a 2nd television) and the second bedroom has two single beds. Each unit has a private balcony that overlooks Merimbula Lake and ocean.
Merimbula's Panoramic Townhouses are surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. The grounds also boast a large swimming pool and a great BBQ area at the rear of the complex. There is also 1 off street car park per townhouse.
Although we are pet friendly you will still need to fill in a pet application which includes providing evidence that your petís immunizations are up-to-date.

3/26 Ocean Drive Merimbula NSW 2548 There are only a few properties that are private, exclusive and have direct access to Merimbula's main surf beach. Even fewer also boast incredible ocean views which extend from Bar Beach and Merimbula's Wharf to Pambula Beach.
This is truly a remarkable property. The living space is on the top floor to capitalise those incredible ocean views. There is a designer kitchen with stone bench tops, open plan living, timber floors throughout and a bathroom on each level. The living adjoins the alfresco area with views all round!
With two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second level and a further bedroom on the ground floor, this apartment is not only ideal for families, but also for couples wishing to find a quiet coastal retreat.
Pet Friendly: If you would like to bring your pet with you thereís a fenced yard on the lower level (Access through the garage). You would be required to bring your pets bedding. Although pets are allowed inside they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in any of the bedrooms.
Special features include: Internal/private lift servicing all floors, a pod coffee machine, free Wifi, games console and Foxtel, double lockup garage.
